ASPIRE, the representative body of the global technology and business services sector in Krakow, is proud to announce the date of the ASPIRE Leaders Summit. Set in the idyllic Dwor w Tomaszowicach, the event will be a chance for members of the business community to meet and engage in an appropriate location.
Since its inception in 2008, ASPIRE is well known for hosting a large annual event. Over the years these events have run under different tag lines, like Boom Town, The Dragon Wakes, or How Far Can We Go. This year’s event will be run under the tagline “Beyond the Bubble – Looking Beyond the Everyday.”
Andrew Hallam, Co-Founder and General Secretary of ASPIRE said, “We called this year’s Leaders Summit ‘Beyond the bubble’ so that we can look beyond. You must look at things differently. Looking at numbers isn’t relevant anymore. You can’t just continue as you were. We need to look at how Krakow fits into the global picture. Krakow needs to be globally competitive.”
The event title is thought provoking. It describes the urgency to look beyond the everyday, beyond the answers to yesterday’s questions, to take a fresh view of the world and what we need to speed the continuing evolution of our industry in Krakow and make ourselves future fit.
It also describes the immense value of sharing insights beyond one’s immediate peer group, reaching out and strengthening relationships across functions, generations, companies and industries.
The Summit is supported by the Mayor of Krakow, Aleksander Miszalski, who is Honorary Patron. Speakers represent the Krakow business community. There will be representatives sharing their perspectives from ABB, Ecolab, PwC, American Express, Abbvie, JLL, HSBC, Qurate and many others.
Over the course of one high-energy, agenda-rich, thought-provoking day, the summit aims to gather the best and the brightest among Krakow’s industry, those that lead the industry today and those that will lead the industry going forward.
